Salamander of Chicago uses UPS Ground for Standard Shipping to process all online purchases, unless an expedited shipping option is selected. We will process your order without a requirement for signature upon delivery. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages left at the place of delivery without confirmation. At the current time we cannot fulfill orders outside of the continental U.S. (with the exeption of Alaska and Hawaii).

3-day, 2-day, and overnight shipping is available online. (For Saturday delivery please contact us directly for information.)

Please note that shipment pickupthrough UPS is Monday through Friday only. (Therefore, e.g. a 2-day shipment picked up on a Friday, will not arrive until the following Tuesday.)
